AKS University Electrical Engineering Students Complete 15-Day Technical Training in Jabalpur

Thirty students from the 3rd and 5th semesters of the B.Tech Electrical Engineering Department of AKS University, Satna, successfully completed a 15-day technical training program at the Central Training Institute, Jabalpur. The training was organized at the renowned “Expert Engineering and Civil Services Training Institute” of Madhya Pradesh.
During the training, students acquired in-depth technical knowledge related to Electrical Transmission Protection Systems, Switchgear Protection, and SCADA systems. In addition, they were also introduced to the applications of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in the electrical domain.
Dr. Rama Shukla, Head of the Department, stated that the primary objective of this training was to equip students with practical technical knowledge and prepare them to meet the evolving demands of the industry. Along with subject-specific learning, the students also received valuable insights from experts on the modern challenges of electrical engineering and their potential solutions.
Senior Engineer Mr. R.K. Srivastava of the institute shared that the training center is ISO 9000:2008 certified and is recognized by the Ministry of Power, Government of India. He further noted a remarkable improvement in the students’ confidence and technical skills after the training.
Students of AKS University described the experience as extremely beneficial, stating that they not only gained a deep understanding of transmission and protection systems but also got hands-on exposure to modern technological tools and industrial practices. On this achievement, faculty members and departmental officials expressed their appreciation and delight.
