Kavya Singh Baghel of AKS University Selected as Assistant Manager at Axis Bank

Kavya Singh Baghel, a bright student from the BCA 2022 batch of AKS University, Satna, has been selected for the position of Assistant Manager at Axis Bank, one of India’s leading private sector banks. She has been offered an attractive annual package of ₹4.50 lakh, marking a proud moment for the university and the region.
Sharing details of her selection, Kavya said she had applied for the position online after coming across the vacancy. The selection process involved an aptitude test on July 9, an AI-based interview on July 11, followed by the final interview on July 14, all of which she successfully cleared. Post-selection, she was informed by the bank’s HR department that her training would commence later this month at Neemrana, Rajasthan. Upon completion of the training, she will be posted as an Assistant Manager at one of the Axis Bank branches in Madhya Pradesh.
Kavya attributed her success to the unwavering support of her family—her father Mr. Pradeep Singh Baghel (an advocate at the District Court), her mother Mrs. Renu Singh, and her sister Pranjal Singh. She said, “My family’s constant encouragement and belief in me have been the strongest pillars of my journey.”
On this remarkable achievement, Prof. (Er.) Anant Kumar Soni, Pro-Chancellor of AKS University, extended his heartfelt congratulations to Kavya and wished her a bright future. He added that her success would serve as a source of inspiration for other students as well.
